Lay your hands upon me.

Invoke my spirit.

Remind me of presence, embodiment and peace.

Ground my physical body and awaken my soul’s knowing.

Drive forth inner healing & bring just to unjust.

Provide me with new found sight, while filling me with love, peace, and joy.

Lay my right hand on my heart, and my left hand on my abdomen as a reminder of the inner wisdom I hold within myself.

Lay your hands on top of mine, as you invoke my spirit.
