Solitude in Space.

Sometimes life can get really overwhelming, don’t you think?

I know you have felt it, I sure have many times before. It creeps up when we least expect it and more then ever we need SPACE.

I can remember as a young girl figure skating... when spinning faster and faster and jumping higher was the goal.

Now when the spinning starts, all I want to do is make it go away.

All I want to do is find solitude and get clear.

Solitude can help us get in touch with, or engage with, our true self. It allows us to reflect on ourselves, others, our life, and our future. Often, solitude is a springboard to greater self-awareness, greater creativity, fresh insights, and new growth. Solitude is something we choose. It is something that restores and builds us up. Solitude grounds us in who we are – and that enables us to reach out and give to others.

It is not selfish to focus on yourself. In fact, it’s an act of generosity and commitment to make sure that you are at your best.

GIVE YOURSELF A DAY OF SOLITUDE or maybe a weekend or even a week!

WHAT DOES THAT LOOK LIKE FOR YOU?

Sometimes we need a little time away. Room from everything and everyone.

Find moments/ spaces/ or places that allow the brain, body, and heart can settle.

When you feel the need for a break, take it!
