Placeholders.

My child, do not fret the broken bonds of those who were only placeholders.

They were always meant to come and go, sent for a season and a lesson.

I know there is confusion, hurt, anger, and frustration as you try to understand their purpose.

But trust in my greater work for your future growth.

Their time is complete, and the role they held is no longer part of your path.
