Service Description

Begin with a gentle restorative yoga practice to release tension, settle the nervous system, and invite a sense of ease. We’ll then transition into Yoga Nidra, a guided practice of deep relaxation and restful awareness. No experience is necessary, simply get comfortable, let go, and allow yourself to be supported.
