Service Description

Settle into a gentle restorative yoga practice designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and support deep rest. We’ll close with a guided meditation and optional Reiki for those who would like to receive it. No experience is necessary come as you are and give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and rest.
