Tara is passionate about movement. "I feel the physical, mental, and spiritual body all work together and should be considered an important part of all physical training. Studio b. for me is a sacred space for people to come and b. It has always been a boutique studio offering functional fitness classes for all. It has become a space of solitude and connection for many. Our members and clients have created a co-shared space of sweat, smiles solitude and connection. Tara is a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor, 200h- Yoga Certified teacher, and well rounded athlete.

In person class offerings are happening and you are welcome to come do classes in person. If you are new and want to do a trial week send Tara a message.
